Londra celebrates the holiday season with the release of his Christmas album, "Beyond the Stars," in support of his concert tour, which includes his exciting and memorable performance in our Virtuoso Concert Season, "An Artist's Gallery."

The evening will feature An Do'chas, a young group from Washington state and that are said to "infuse traditional music with new life," and the Haran Irish Dancers. "A Celtic Yuletide is something that has developed over the years," explaines Londa. "In addition...I bring along a pianist to complement the sound, and we have the best dancers in the States," he added.

Londra hales from a small town in South East Ireland called Wexford. The tenor is also a songwriter. Cedar City audiences will be treated to songs and carols from the seasonal CD: tunes like "Winter, Fire and Snow," written by Brendan Graham, how wrote Josh Groban's "You Raise Me Up," the classic, "In The Bleak Midwinter" and "Silent Night," to name just a few.

Although Londra is best known for his involvement with the acclaimed "Riverdance," which brought him immediate notice, Londra has performed in concert halls throughout his native land, the Far East, Europe and cities across the U.S.

Londra is proud of his Celtic heritage and believes that the music he performs connects with many people on an emotional level. "Where else can you sob out your heart and do a jig on the same night?" he said.
